Overheard as boys were talking at bedtime:
L3 (5yrs): I’m right.
L2 (8yrs): No, I’m right.
L3: I heard Prodigy
L2: Well, I said Starfall.
L3: You said Prodigy
L2: No, I didn’t.
L3: Yes you did! I’m right.
L2: I’m RIGHT!
L3: I’m RIGHT!
L2 (more calmly): You might have heard something different than what I said.
L3: I’m right!
L2: Let’s plan rock, paper, scissors and see who’s right.
L3: Okay!
L2: Choose paper if you think you’re right.
L3: Okay!
Boys together: *Rock, Paper, Scissors, Go!*
*victorious laughter of L2*
L2: I’m right!
